One day in Malacca

We had the one day trip to Malacca yesterday.
Yvonne, Steven, JY, Fiona and me went Malacca to meet Leong & Jane.

Fiona drove us to Malacca. One word, 'adventurous'. She drove so fast, and her car's air-cond is so cooling and blowing straight into my eyes as I was sitting at the middle of the back seat. Somehow we went to the wrong way and Fiona drove us to Klang then back to the highway again. haha. Blame the GPS for having the poor satellite. However, we managed to reach Malacca at 11.30am.

Jy have to drive Jane's car as Jane left her license in PJ. Our first stop - Chicken Rice Ball. Yummy. We were so hungry. The chicken rice ball is nice. But the chicken, is not as tasty as we expected.

Next, Cendol and Laksa! Gosh, the cendol.. the taste of gula melaka, the ice.. Nice one as we felt so hot and thirsty.

We had the delicious layer cake at Nadeje. It's not the normal kek lapis, you can have lots of flavors. We ordered Double Choc and Tiramisu. It's the best cake I ever had. Trust me, its worth for RM8.50 per slice! You can feel each layer melting in your mouth. EACH LAYER! We really can't control our expression, we were 'yummy-ing' all the time. We spent one and a half hour here. It's our high tea session.

Then we went Pahlawan Shopping Complex. It was raining heavily. Few of us bought clothes and dresses. Pity Jy, I can feel his boredness. We sat in Brands Outlets for an hour. And I walked around the shop, standing outside, looking at the Malay guys singing and dancing, it was raining. Yet I felt their happiness.

Once the rain stopped, we quickly went to Red House to take pictures. I felt kinda disappointed as I don't get to sit the Tower. 

Dinner, satay celup! It was so cheap. Only RM0.50 per stick. Feel good to sweat, feel good to eat.

We went Portugis Village for the Mango Juice, but closed. What a waste. So we took photos at the dark bridge.

Our bus at 10pm. So we split into 2 groups to buy Wantan Mee and Osyter. Waited 30 mins for the Osyter. And 7 of us ate it at the bus station, Sentral Melaka. 

A nice trip. Yes, we were tired, we were all sweat. But we enjoyed.

Really glad that this trip was organized successfully even-though we faced some problems before that.
