A Jog.

Early in the morning,
Listening to mp3,
Singing my favorite songs,
Looking at the uncles washing their car,
And the uncles looked at me at one kind,
Maybe they thought I 'sot',
Waved to the dog which barked at me,
30 minutes of slow run.
I have not jog since... don't know how many months ago.
I can feel the pain of my limb muscles.
But..
A jog in the morning made my day.
